Flow State Social LLC is under no obligation to use your Testimonial.
Flow State Social LLC may edit or format the Testimonial for length, clarity, or consistency while preserving its overall meaning.
By submitting a Testimonial, you waive any claims related to compensation, approval rights, or ownership over how the Testimonial is used.
If at any time you wish to request removal of a Testimonial from future marketing materials, you may contact us at the email provided in Section 14. While Flow State Social LLC will make reasonable efforts to honor such requests for new publications, previously distributed or archived materials may not be retractable.
Section 6 — Payments, Refunds, and Billing
6.1 Payments
By purchasing any product, service, program, or digital deliverable from Flow State Social LLC, you agree to pay all associated fees as outlined at checkout or in any applicable proposal, invoice, or service agreement.
Payment terms, schedules, and delivery timelines are defined in each project’s individual agreement or order confirmation. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services, removal of access to digital products, or cancellation of future bookings.
You are responsible for providing accurate and current payment information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected.
All applicable taxes, fees, and assessments are your sole responsibility unless explicitly stated otherwise.
6.2 Billing
You authorize Flow State Social LLC (and its third-party payment processors) to charge the payment method you provide for all purchases, including recurring payments where applicable.
If your payment method is declined or fails, we may:
attempt to process the payment again,
contact you to update your billing information, or
suspend or terminate your access to services until payment is resolved.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first attempting to resolve the issue directly with us is considered a breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback by providing evidence of services rendered, agreements signed, and communications. We reserve the right to recover any fees, costs, or administrative expenses incurred as a result of a chargeback.
6.3 Refund Policy
All payments are final and non-refundable.
This includes—but is not limited to—service fees, deposits, retainers, class bookings, digital downloads, online resources, templates, consulting packages, and monthly or project-based billing arrangements.
By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:
No refunds, credits, or chargebacks will be issued for any reason except where required by law.
You are responsible for reviewing all proposals, service terms, and product details before completing payment.
Failure to use or access purchased services does not constitute grounds for a refund.
If required by law in your jurisdiction, you may be entitled to certain cancellation rights, which will be honored in accordance with applicable regulations.

7.2 No Guarantee of Results
We make no guarantee of any kind regarding the potential earnings, metrics, outcomes, or results that can be generated through the use of our Services or website.
While we aim to provide high-quality marketing services, we do not guarantee specific results or increases in metrics, revenue, or engagement. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.
Past client results, as described in Section 5.4, are not indicative of or a guarantee of future results.
7.3 Scheduling & Availability
Project timelines will be communicated in writing. We reserve the right to adjust timelines if delays occur due to client inaction, incomplete information, or circumstances beyond our control.
7.4 Security
Flow State Social LLC takes reasonable measures to maintain the security and integrity of this website and to protect the information submitted through it. However, no system or method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Performance shall be excused for the duration of the Force Majeure Event, and affected obligations shall resume as soon as reasonably practicable.
13.6 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under this Agreement without our prior written consent.
Flow State Social LLC may assign or transfer this Agreement, in whole or in part, without restriction, including in connection with a merger, sale of assets, corporate reorganization, or acquisition.
13.7 No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not be deemed a waiver of our right to enforce that provision or any other provision in the future.
